Only synchronize locally those folders that are really necessary, others can be used directly from online view

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Onedrive comes with office 365 enterprise plans. It is integrated with other office 365 apps for better usability. It can accessed from anywhere with just single login. Uploading files and folders is just easy as it gets. It works smoothly even while handling large apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with office 365 apps and several other 3rd party apps. We can upload docs or files directly from their standalone apps. It handles large files very efficiently. It supports almost any type of files. Real time synchronisation is great and works without having to manually doing it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI is very outdated and the look and feel is not so good as per todays standards. Drag and drop feature can be a hit and miss. Files organisation is not handled very well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Onedrive offers best value for money. If you are a Microsoft office 365 user, then you should definitely consider this product for better usability with well integration with office 365 apps.
