What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Status view, possibility to view files only online and free up space on computer disk or keep files always on device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reliability, all the files are backed up, 1 TB capacity for each license/user. Possibility to view files only online and free up space on computer disk.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I don't like

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this product for both, personal and business use. Its a highly reliable and can be reached from any place all over the world. Deleted/changed files can be recovered easily. It has 1 TB free space per user. If you save files on drive and your computer is burnt out, was stolen or there is any other reason, your files will be still available on OneDrive, you will not loose anything.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

OneDrive is the best tool for teams and departments to store and share documents in a secure way. Works really well with the Office Apps and Office 365.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very easy to share files and folders with coworkers or even with people outside the organization. Very user friendly and works really fast. Permissions to a file or folder can be very specific. You can access it anywhere and sync it with your PC.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be confusing when it comes to download a shared file or folder for some users, the GUI is not that intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have Office 365, Onedrive for business is the way to go.
