What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Microsoft has invested heavily in desktop apps and operates more professionally than competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Although the integration with Windows might be monopolistic, it works well and keeps files secuire.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As an end user, it's hard to get support with the occasional obscure error. I am also suspicious of Microsoft's heavy investment in machine learning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even with its drawbacks, this product is worth your money unless you have the time to spin up your own custom system.
