What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Incredible huge files optimisation and sharing. High-quality HTML and XML documents creation and management. Cloud database encryption and protection. Impressive infrastructure and robust architecture.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Custom LMS drag-drop and copy-paste which rarely change font of the editor.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, nothing to complain at all since it worth it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

May you all consider it terms, conditions and policies then implement it ASAP.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

I work a lot with photos and visual marketing material, so OneDrive has always helped me keep things organized and productive when working with peers and clients, especially in terms of sharing thoughts and adjustments needed to my photoshoot related work. The ability to monitor all aspects and usage of our OneDrive cloud account from users across devices is also very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to easily keep track of my peer's work through administrative reports and monitoring. I also read in the near future, Microsoft will implement this into their SharePoint software which will merge even more with OneDrive for Business. I think this is a great move since both software were already achieving the same goals. However, OneDrive works better for me due to the amount of photography and visual marketing material I work with weekly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Desktop app version of OneDrive crashes once and a while on my Dell PC. Other times it can't load up, so I have to sigh out and try again. This usually fixes i though. Minor things only.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for efficiency, constant productivity, and your work involves a lot of imagery and visuals, I recommend OneDrive for Business. You'll stay on top of your client's needs and easily overlook your peer's work and communication when collaborating in OneDrive.

OneDrive checking its synchronization chews up a lot of processing power and temporarily can slow your devices.
