Quality of file security and a flawless integration with Office 365. Because I work in a company where we value remote group work, Onedrives integration with Officen365 is very vital for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best collaborative document editor that I have used. When talking about Onedrives document collaboration capabilities, I don't think any other platform comes close.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Synchronization can be improved in terms of reliability and speed. I do not especially like that Onedrive only allows me synchronize specific folders on my desktop, and not every folder on my desktop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wholeheartedly recommend Onedrive for companies who work with other Microsoft products like Office 365. This is because Onedrives integration with fellow Microsoft products helps create reliable workflow processes.

This service lets me generate upload links for folders so anyone can send files to my account. OneDrive for Business offers sharing options gor files and folders, and easy uploads of either single files or whole entire folders

What do you dislike most about this product?

External sharing is disabled by default and this is frustrating if those settings are not reviewed by the administrator. The web interface of directory is not elegant

Due to its security features and a significant amount of storage space, OneDrive for Business is a great tool for teamwork as you ca use it to store project files, file versioning and sharing those files with anyone

As previously said, it assists me in not losing knowledge. I can restore my data with the help of the IT staff if I lose my computer or switch computers. It takes only a few minutes to retrieve it. The ability to sync work files between various PCs, my phone, and the cloud without affecting their availability on my PC. File Explorer displays all files, and if a file has not yet been downloaded locally, it may be done fast and efficiently, and directories can be customized so that material is always available on the local device, this makes working from home much easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to access all of your OneDrive material without having to fully sync all of your files and folders, conserving storage space. Other comparable methods would need you to control which folders are synced, limiting visibility and forcing you to utilize the online interface to see everything. When it comes to moving my laptop, I always have all of my information in one place and am not concerned about losing it. This program is highly recommended since it has enhanced the way I handle my documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The iOS version of the mobile app is substantially slower and less user-friendly. In iOS, mobile charging and syncing do not occur in the background as they should. However, based on this review, I can see that One Drive has too many options that I was unaware of; it would be nice to get additional training on this tool since I find it beneficial only to keep my information safe, but I haven't used it to its full potential. It contains several devices that may aid in a team, but I have no idea how to utilize them.
