What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

The functionality that manages file syncing between both PC and Mobile devices ensures no matter the device I am using I get access to files that are up to date all the time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Supports all required file types including but not limited to: Google Docs, MS Office, videos, images, etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integrates mostly with Microsoft services. Sometimes it can have high downtime. When the file is backed up it should be removed immediately

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Data storage and sharing a big concern for businesses of all sizes and OneDrive is the best solution for companies that can not afford to maintain large storage servers

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Creation of OneDrive folders to store everything I need which I can access from any device. But more than that I can set sharing and editing rights at either folder or document level

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

OneDrive offers an interesting tool called Fetch files which allows me to access all my data files on one PC from another PC through my OneDrive account

What do you dislike most about this product?

There can be syncing issues at times where I end up with two copies of the same file, each containing different edits and its not desirable as I have to manually reconcile any editing differences between the two files

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

OneDrive is excellent for cloud-based storage and content sharing. Whether for business or individual, OneDrive hosts important features that enhances how content is archived, retrieved and shared

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

OneDrive is where I save most of my work files. My own files and those that I receive from clients are also included. Using OneDrive's multi-device functionality, I can access my OneDrive files when I'm on the road with a customer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With OneDrive, I've been able to save material that isn't vital online in a secure location. Simply saving a file in the OneDrive directory will tell you if it's there (s). I would never put anything significant on OneDrive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A more user-friendly Sync function is long overdue. It's imperative that users are educated on how to use this feature to its full potential. In the beginning, it may seem a little confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using the Office 365 set of goods throughout the whole organization, it works well since it effortlessly links to all of them. Companies looking for a low-cost or no-cost cloud storage solution may choose to pass on it. Due to the fact that Office 365 and OneDrive are subscription-based services, there is an ongoing monthly or yearly price.
