What differentiates Microsoft Planner from other similar products?

* My Tasks shows all your tasks, and team members can comment and attach files on the task in Outlook, Outlook Groups, Teams and more. * It's native to Microsoft. Especially in MS Teams, it's super to manage single tasks. * The system is accessible on any device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

* Unlike some other task management tools, you can assign tasks to more than one person. * If you’re working on a project and want to bring in a vendor, contractor or stakeholder to see what’s going on, you can add external access. * You can put your Microsoft Planner into your Outlook through the iCalendar feed, which helps facilitate scheduling and time management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

* The tasks can not be automatically re-arranged according to the labels. * It is not friendly to the integration of different programs and tools apart from the products of Microsoft. * The most frustrating aspect of Planner is the lack of a public view of the board and tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

* Please provide tasks to be automatically re-arrange according to the labels. * Integration of different programs and tools apart from the products of the Microsoft should be more friendly and encouraged. * It should provide public view of the board and tasks properly.

What differentiates Microsoft Planner from other similar products?

The integration with the rest of the Office 365 suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and fairly easy implementation

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit expensive if you are using the full suite of apps but that is mostly due to the high exchange rate from USD to LKR currently

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. It has greatly inproved our productivity and efficiency. Specially during meeting and keeping track of tasks discussed during the meeting.
