What differentiates Microsoft Planner from other similar products?

Microsoft planner gives my team an intuitive,collaborative and visual task management experience to get the job done unlike other similar platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's simple to use and add alot of productivity hence allowing better performance. With it we are able to communicate and collaborate with other user's and receive progress update via various means. Also it the best when it comes to task management. Also it helps in creating proper project plan and multiple task's.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's great I have no complaints towards it since with it we are able to manage projects and intiatives for different team's inside the organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, Microsoft teams is well suited for task planning needs for managing different project's,and also it helps in integrations and sharing tasks details with other members via team's.so it's the best and it never disappoint

What differentiates Microsoft Planner from other similar products?

I honestly love love love this tool for assigning and managing tasks. This platform allows you to to send requests that include the deadline and details around what the task requested is. You can add in who the request is to, who it is coming from, details on the item, and what overall task it stems from, the overall deliverable or goal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it can be integrated into MS Teams, which makes it all the more easier for teams/groups to share inputs about what's needed to be done. Also, the color-coded labels makes it easier to categorically filter tasks and plans.

What do you dislike most about this product?

S Planner doesn't have as much functionality as other dedicated tools like Monday, Asana, AirTable, etc. Although there are updates to MS Planner, there aren't as many innovative or groundbreaking changes like the main Office 365 products like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For effective task and projects planning and management,I strongly recommend the use of this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
