It is easy to create and track project, no special training or skill required. Most of the organisation use MS office products and its also come bundled with that so using MS Project naturally become a goto tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ability to forecast project costs and assign resources help one track and manage project more efficiently. The absolute best way of setting and managing timelines of projects, The tracking aspect of MS Project also helps in identifying delays and how these delays will impact the overall timelines. Critical path and Gantt chart help a lot. Auto scheduling is another great feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Project is a great waterfall/traditional style project management software. It would be nice to see other ways to adapt the features to other project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very good project management solution and it will never go out of business. Easy to manage and track. It can solve many enterprise level problems. It's good product to have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This, in my opinion, is more essential than preparation, because a lack of technological visibility could place the operation at danger more than just a bad plan. The only criticism has with Microsoft Office applications is that it has been downloaded on the computer; otherwise, it is perfect. It can be perplexing at times. It can also be difficult to allocate resources while functioning with several teams and numerous employees per team.

Highly recommendations due to take use of the timeline feature to visualize projects. Users can also access the Team Scheduler to see what coming is up in the near future and predict changes or difficulties.
