What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

great for planning out and organizing big projects when managing a team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

how easy it is to collaborate and invite others when working on documents/files

What do you dislike most about this product?

my first time using it was a little overwhelming but it wasn't too bad the more time I spent on it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

definitely worth it if you are handling larger projects needing of organization and planning

What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

Compared to tools like Asana or Trello, it goes deeper into capacity planning, making it ideal for more complex, resource-heavy projects

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Gantt charts. I’ve used them to present project plans to stakeholders, and they make even complex schedules digestible

What do you dislike most about this product?

onboarding new team members often requires extra time to teach them how to navigate and use its features effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if your projects involve a lot of moving parts and detailed scheduling. Then, invest in training your team on how to get the most out of it—trust me, it’s worth the effort.
