What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool has everything that’s required to manage a project. Right from the basic constraints of the Iron triangle, like Schedule, price & Scope, to further tools like Resource Management, Risk Management, Procurement, Stakeholders, and so forth Microsoft project could be a smart planning tool at the baseline timeframe of the schedule. It helps with planning at the start stages of a contract. Effective baseline tool. It is an amazing tool with a lot of helpful features.
