It's quite difficult to understand, and there are no helpful tutorials available to get you started, which may explain why you gave up so quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Project Online needs to be better developed for the agile projects. There is advanced training required to use their advanced features which takes long time. They create reports that are not enough for our projects. Network working and diagram is very limited and requires updates. Also, the scope management is not much developed and need much improvements.
