Faster in processing speed. No need to import photos form gallery directly import from SharePoint

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft Sharepoint has enabled our product teams to share files within eachother and also to external parties without any compromise in security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It uses role based access thus the sender of the file can decide on the level of access for the file or also specify the users who can access the file

What do you dislike most about this product?

Searching for documents is not relatively easy as these are present in file format opposed to pages in confluence

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A good to have tool to share documents and files to colloborate with other users and at the same time maintaining the overall confidentiality

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Currently the sharepoint platform is being used to integrate the organization into a single site to share information that must be validated or modified by different users, in addition to guaranteeing the security that our business files are in good hands, additionally it integrates with the others office 365 applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SharePoint has numerous features that are very useful for daily use within the company such as task management, documents in one place, we have a large library of resources to be consulted and most importantly the security of the information that microsoft gives us, with that we take care of managing, sharing and storing information from the available digital formats.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Al ser una plataforma tan completa se requiere de una previa experiencia para su utilizacion, dado que algunos usuarion no tienen dicha experiencia su implementacion puede ser un poco dura.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although it is a very complete application, it requires a bit of expertise, so it is recommended to investigate the different characteristics that sharepoint offers us on the web, on the web we will find too much important documentation included in the official microsoft site. You can also support yourself with video tutorials to understand the capacity of this great tool. We can also integrate different applications from office 365 to sharepoint such as team, office and even power BI, which in the company has been very useful to us.
