What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

The confidence the MS will make this work, where it may fall short. It continually improves.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works... traceability, functional.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Easily Overwhelming... dozens of teams, groups, folders, etc... .everything from every MS platform seems to end up in SharePoint.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have a staff dedicated to leading the use and deployment of this platform.

It is intuitive and easy to use. Check in and check out feature is crucial and works well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to collaborate. Version control is extremely important as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Train your employees how to use it so they get the most out of it, then the investment will be worth it. Great tool.
