What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

All work related files can be accessed from one place. Editing files in word, excel is same like we do in applications on the desktop but the only difference is we can still edit them even if we don't have the app on desktop

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to use and navigate. Good organization using file structure to help locate documents easily. Integration with Teams is seamless and easy to share, collaborate with other users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Formatting might differ sometimes for files edited online and when viewed after download from application

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Incredible collaboration software

It's a powerful tool for enhancing teamwork, managing documents and business process automation. It provides a robust security to its users which ensures data protection.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Version control and customizable workflows are some of my favorite things about microsoft SharePoint.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementation is a bit complex and requires skilled administrators for optimal configuration

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should go for the trial version first and if it satisfies there need, they can opt for paid version to enjoy more features.
