What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft SharePoint is a popular platform for internal data sharing, and the customer/supplier sharing option may be viewed as an external exchange via cloud search. The search tool also searches all sites, pages, wikis, and libraries, and the metadata can include the file name, title, author, and any keyword or category system. Microsoft SharePoint enables us to store and collaborate on information in a single spot, the interface with other Microsoft applications is excellent, and we search for files straight from Microsoft Teams groups.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is difficult to extract data from several formats since this program is incapable of handling them; loading huge sheets frequently ends in failure. We had migration troubles with the old mail server, and the majority of the emails were deleted or lost from the user's mailbox. The contemporary SharePoint experience does not yet include Search Center. Many times, the search function does not produce any results, and you must also be familiar with sophisticated search queries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want safe file sharing with rapid setup, go with Microsoft Sharepoint; exchanging information and brainstorming is simple with this solution. Their tech support and service are excellent, and they also reply at unusual hours.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most useful thing about Microsoft SharePoint is that we can access it from anywhere and it's very easy to use. Beautifully build, the UI is very very friendly and does the job perfectly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile accessibility for SharePoint is minimal and could be enhanced way more. The software is also very limited for customizing. Without any technical expertise, you'd have to stick to what options of customization they offer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SharePoint mainly resolves organization issues, as it centralizes documents and information in one place, available to contributors and team members. This makes it easier to find and access information to whoever needs it, reducing time wasted searching for files.

I am very happy that this tool is my maximum support in the administration of my work, Microsoft Sharepoint has been the leading program to locate and store each of my websites that were created to manage each of my projects and reports work, this program has been the main element to increase the order of my work with a more pleasant and versatile flow of collaboration to involve each of my co-workers, which makes this program great and separates it from the rest of its powers in the good handling that is given to each of the data and privacy for the sole use of our department and other functions to manage other collaborative content.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Of the multiple functions that we give to Microsoft Sharepoint, one of the improvements is to use it as a library where we can store a long list of documents and data to use it in a future project, besides, I am fascinated that I can do this option from the comfort of any of my mobile devices that are related to the company, this can be achieved by each of my work collaborators, they have the opportunity to share and use each of the reports and documents on each of the websites that were created with this intention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To achieve customization and configuration can be somewhat demanding, it is not one of the strengths of this program to give its users the ability to customize these websites to our personal taste, on the other hand, the program has a bit of a hard time having a harmony of work with other applications and external solutions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommending Microsoft Sharepoint is very easy, since this program is perhaps one of the most used in administrative departments, since the program will give each of its users the opportunity to create websites to manage the company's content as well to give the work team the opportunity to enter with their respective licenses, this program is fantastic.
