Easy to Implement Easy to Customize Lot of Documentation available for Training and Customization Easy for Business User to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Approvals Automation is Easy. Lot of Custom Tools pre built for collaboration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Document Management User Experience is not intuitive Mobile App needs improvement for Communication Portals. No on demand user syncing to user profile service

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its easy to implement but avoid using in built user profile services as ideally as an admin you need to have control over user synching schedule as per your organization needs which is currently missing.

Haven't Used any other tool as O365 suite providing complete freedom for all solutions.

Interface, Features & integration within O365 platform allows to manage every user & business requests.

What do you dislike most about this product?

there is nothing to dislike about sharepoint.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it. you wont regret. O365 suite is one window solution for any enterprise. just think which service is required and you will have it. SharePoint allows full customization as per requirement. From site to app creation you have freedom to do anything.
