SharePoint's real edge over similar products is the seamless integration with Microsoft's other products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Allowing users to collaborate on documents and maintaining all of the versions of files
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited storage capacity and inability to mass transfer and mass download files that are already in SharePoint
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Allow mass transfers from folder to folder and allow mass downloads awithin SharePoint.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
SharePoint is a very effective tool for users who want to stay connected. We were able to confirm that it increases the productivity of work teams in the work field since in it several users can connect from different devices online and make their contributions in a project or file at the same time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using SharePoint at home or in the office speeds up productivity in the work time because it is much easier to work a file or document locally and that this being linked to Microsoft automatically performs a save. In your system you can save and share various files of different formats such as invoices, images, audios, videos, documents and notes. It is reliable and very easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because of its feature of backing up all the information in the cloud, it is not possible to create folders that are only for private use, since all users can have access if they require it, and there was also a small collapse when opening some very heavy documents, which delays the activities that are being developed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although the platform allows customization in some areas and features of the workspace, it would be very good to incorporate more design options that are not so static where the user can choose from a wide range of text types and colors. Increased file storage capacity which speeds up the system sharing between users. It could also be added to be able to synchronize and backup other folders on the computer and not only the local sharing.

The best for online collaboration!

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
I believe the main differences are related to integration and cloud file management for collaboration, where the cherry on the cake is having all of this in a cross-platform environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best is the integration with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud file management. That allowed my team to improve their collaboration and performance. Since the platform was implemented we stopped sharing a lot of files by email. Now we can share only a link and then all the team can work in real-time to create content, analyze and get the best results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As end-user I believe can be improved the search experience, because is very different from a regular search on the computer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to improve collaboration, Microsoft Sharepoint is a very good platform to consider.
