What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Main part is east of use, and availability. You rarely have any downtime for their online products and the variety of Apps that are provided by Microsoft under M365 just makes life easy for developers like us.

Ease of Use Availability User Friendly Cost Effective / Low cost Range of Features

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes performance for Power Apps is very slow which gives a negative feeling for end user

Trust the product. If you are someone new to SharePoint, lots of articles are available from Microsoft & other 3rd party sites to learn more. Countless Training materials and videos are available.
