What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best and Special things about MS Sharepoint is the security of my Data. Like I can create a Space for my data and give and restrict access to other people. It comes in 0365 environments so It is very finely integrated with Other apps like Outlook, We can directly attach our files with email without downloading and also make changes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very less about dislikes but they can improve alert/notification features, and they can add more add-ons. Few a times because of slow internet autosave property does not work efficiently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say if anyone is looking for secure file sharing with quick set up then go for Microsoft Sharepoint only with any hesitation. Their technical support and service are very cool and they are responsive during odd hours as well.

Sharepoint enables us to digitize our papers and other office needs, allowing us to become a paperless office. This helps us to be more ecologically responsible by reducing our consumption of paper. Our whole home page is designed on SharePoint, and we also have access to shared network files amongst different teams to foster a collaborative work environment, we rely extensively on Sharepoint and constructed an interesting dashboard to manage progress reports, workflows, audit reports, praise and gratitude, team building activities, team papers, patient health data, configuration files produced, license tracking and so on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SharePoint is great for sharing documents and folders between teams, i use it every day as part of my workflow and found that I can upload important documents that I need. SharePoint is a great content management platform that offers amazing customization to your needs from an application perspective. It provides a centralized management console that provides great features such as historical data recovery, performance monitoring, and data storage optimization. It provides an excellent combination of data from the Internet, extranets, and intranets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many editing capabilities for Microsoft Word and other software within Sharepoint are missing. Certain operations, such as removing rows from a table in Word, are not entirely evident. The cost of SharePoint is an issue since it is dependent on the deployment type. The agreement's total price includes various hidden fees, such as the cost of modification, software operations, and the application bundle. The high level of customisation also incurs expenditures for an organization to adopt a model that corresponds to their company's system. It's a good idea to familiarize yourself with the software before incorporating it into your workflow. Also, try the software a bit to see what its full functionality is. This will help you find features you didn't know before you were currently using them when you run into problems. Also, Microsoft does not customize updates based on the delivery model, so you may need to hire an ongoing team to keep your updates and security patch suite running.

No doubt, SharePoint is the best intranet platform and serves as an umbrella for inter-departmental collaboration and different processes. The platform offers a wide variety of features, but it is reported that SharePoint is hard to maintain.

The pricing of SharePoint depends on the chosen model: subscription, on-premise, or hybrid. With its pricing being flexible, the cost is still an obstacle for many companies.
