What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

SharePoint is a one stop solution to share all your documentation , video KT's , store audio conferencing. It enables great collaboration across teams . It can be used alongside other Microsoft tools and overall it offers a great package.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The uploading and downloading speed of sharepoint is really fast, it offers great security and protection to private files and folders

What do you dislike most about this product?

SharePoint has bad management system, its a poor search capabilities and is expensive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Always add SharePoint navigation and widgets and web parts in order to optimize better

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

All work related files can be accessed from one place. Editing files in word, excel is same like we do in applications on the desktop but the only difference is we can still edit them even if we don't have the app on desktop

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to use and navigate. Good organization using file structure to help locate documents easily. Integration with Teams is seamless and easy to share, collaborate with other users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Formatting might differ sometimes for files edited online and when viewed after download from application

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
