What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SharePoint plays a crucial role in our organization, serving as a centralized database for saving important data. Real-time collaboration, private folder creation, and controlled access to documents are key features that enhance our daily operations. It addresses specific business problems related to document access control and collaboration at different levels and types.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An area of concern is the inconsistency in file syncing, with variations noted between users and occasional instability

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While acknowledging certain limitations and areas for improvement, Microsoft SharePoint remains a valuable asset in our organization. It serves as a cornerstone for collaboration, document management, and communication, contributing to the overall efficiency of our teams.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

The native integrations within the Microsoft product suite is the biggest benefit. You will not get this with competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobile friendly and on the go features at your fingertips. Love how I can use my phone to work if I need to, not just a visual representation but actually edit and work as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is Microsoft, so at times they feel a bit sure of themselves and can sit on technology for a bit before caving to competition advancements to make major updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Feature functionality drives the adoption of sharepoint, and you need to invest time in training resources to become admins or know how to admin sites to fully reap the benefits. Also, if you are considering Microsoft Teams as a primary communication channel then think of how natively the data store for sharepoint integrates within the Teams model.
