It allows us to tailor the platform to our organization's specific requirements, determining how data is presented through files or other channels. Additionally, integrating external websites or platforms with its database is a straightforward process,.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

While SharePoint has evolved from a clunky UI and security concerns to a robust tool with fantastic site creation and templates, it remains a daily driver for us. The ease of use and effective Microsoft support contribute to a positive experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A simpler way to integrate SharePoint with other platforms and the ability to add small notes on files within SharePoint would be valuable improvements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my company with over 10000 employees, SharePoint has become a solution to the challenge of managing files created daily by the workforce. Storing and searching for files through emails was cumbersome, and SharePoint has streamlined this process. Now, people store files on SharePoint, making it easy for others to access or find the latest versions.
