What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft sharepoint is the best document management web application. We can keep any type of files eg. images, videos, pdfs, excel and word documents. The online document editor is the best addon service provided by sharepoint

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the editing options because whenever we need to edit the file from the list we can open directly with just a click no need to find other solution for further actions with files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently I have no dislike about sharepoint because I only found it useful always

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone is looking for a solution to keep important documents at single place and want to secure them then sharepoint is the best option. A complete access control is implemented to share the files with only authorized persons

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

It has easy import, export functionalities with other Microsoft products. It has good integration with power tools and other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The document and content management capabilities offered by SharePoint Online have solved the challenges of organizing and accessing files. With it's customisable libraries and tagging features, They are indexed well and its easy to maintain access as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some times integrations with other 365 products causes issues and subscription cost of suite is on higher side.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a very effective tool for internal portals and managing everything at one place.
