What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HR documents often contain sensitive information, so having the ability to control who can view, edit, or share files is crucial. The search functionality is also a big plus—when properly organized, it makes it much easier to locate specific policies or employee records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If the folder structure isn’t designed well from the start, it quickly becomes messy, with employees struggling to find the documents they need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider setting up automated workflows for document approvals and policy updates to make it more efficient
