What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SharePoint Online does not require any software installation. Pre-built design templates for various use cases accelerate time to value. Microsoft Graph allows for delivering personalized experience. Content can be automatically processed, organized and classified by using Microsoft Syntex. Content discovery is made easy with Viva Topics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Advanced capabilities like Topics and automatic content processing come at a premium price. Compliance is also a separate SKU.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the total cost of ownership and see how consolidation can help bring down the cost. A single platform can reduce the administrative, training costs as well make it easier for end users to go to a single destination instead of bouncing to different platforms to do their work which breaks the flow and hurts productivity.

The fact that Microsoft SharePoint is a standard platform for group communication and file sharing is what I enjoy most about it. It has been there for a while, and when it received updates, it changed as well. In organisations of all sizes, SharePoint has emerged as the de facto publishing platform (CMS) for team communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Document management is streamlined by uploading files to a SharePoint site, and because to the platform's compatibility with Microsoft Office, editing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files online is simple. Its rising recognition is also a result of the inclusion of Microsoft products like Teams, SharePoint, and Office. SharePoint may be used for a variety of reasons thanks to its programme interoperability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though Microsoft SharePoint is fantastic, customising templates can be expensive because it necessitates additional licences for add-on capabilities. These expenses are incurred monthly, and depending on the extra function, expenses are also incurred per user.

Microsoft SharePoint makes everything a little simpler.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The main advantage of Microsoft SharePoint is its main function, which allows us to share files and groups of data at any scale of our company, maintaining an internal network of information where little data escapes while maintaining the security and efficiency of the projects. The creation of private folders is also important since there are files that are only handled at management levels, but it is also necessary to keep them on the network.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there are problems when creating private folders and it is still visible to everyone, which does not make it so private in itself, we believe that it should improve that section to continue in favor of the security of enterprise files. If changes are made to a file there is no undo option which leaves very little room for error and can waste valuable company time. The user interface could be much richer by providing more customization options.

Microsoft SharePoint is a very useful tool for all companies that move and share files on a recurring basis, with a number of options that facilitate the work and collaboration between our employees, the centralization of files is a great advantage for companies that can find everything they are looking for quickly from the same tool, enriching the opportunities and benefits of automation.
