What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

We greatly rely on MS SharePoint for collaboration and thereby leading to improved productivity. It is a centralized data base where we can access all sorts of information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have really taken advantage of the features it offers. It is the best content management too I have encountered and can smoothly connect to all our office products. Its data governance security needs minimal efforts to manage

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very easy to delete document s on MS SharePoint. So the cases of entry level staff accidentally deleting documents are very high. It should have an option where we can lock the documents to minimize such incidents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft SharePoint provides a centralized space for sharing documents and files with everyone in the organization.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft SharePoint is great for data storage and active collaboration among employees within my organization. It also allows for private and public folder sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft SharePoint offers a secure communal space for active interaction among the staff. It is a platform where we come together to collaborate on ideas and hold internal events within the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The sizes of photos and posts are small and you can't zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft share point is ideal for uploading updates within the company, brainstorming on ideas and general interaction among staff. It has a directory that helps you navigate around to find whatever it is you are looking for.
