What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

It's a one stop point for all Microsoft 365 software to use . I can access everything related to documents , files , presentations all at one place which is hassle free and easy to use . We have integrated it so we work on chrome too which is simpler and not much of a worry since it's a Microsoft product .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharepoint gives our team a well organized file repository. The stand out feature however is the collaboration aspect it provides. I am able to access files other users on my team are working on, see the changes they make in real time, and they are able to see what I am working on. It provides a wide array of tools for team collaboration, including team sites, communication sites, and integration with Microsoft Teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the file versioning function has some synchronization inaccuracies when co-authoring big Excel files to work on with coworkers at the same time, and I can’t track who made which changes. The User Interface looks old-designed, but it is easy to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended platform for all type of users.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

The best is the integration with office suite, and that you can create new workflows and integrate them with all the suite. Also, you can develop new workflow with different language and integrate to the workflow pre created in SharePoint

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Share document is easy and the best is that you can modified it when others are working on the documents also the granularly that SharePoint able to do as a simple cell or paragraph is helpful to work in the same document

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support from Microsoft is one is weak point of SharePoint you need to look in the web or forum for help because if you call to the support almost never help to resolve your issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You will need a a local partner to do your implementation and in the initial implementation plan what document you will upload. Include workflows in the initial implementation to get the best of the SharePoint
