What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Centralized location for all your files specifically easy to share and save heavy files

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since it is from microsoft get easily integrated with other softwares and apps

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some users might need training in order to use it and find it messy with too many buttons menus and options

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to have tour files saved at a centre location which is easily accessible to others without taking much space share pointt is the solution

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

I think SharePoint's greatest feature is how simple it is to integrate with Microsoft services to facilitate teamwork. By keeping all the data in one safe spot that is quickly accessible and safely managed, it saves a great deal of time and minimizes challenges.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our team's documentation can be conveniently stored, edited, and seen in one place with Sharepoint. We have made extensive use of the Sharepoint API for many types of automation, therefore I enjoy interacting with it. I think SharePoint's greatest feature is how simple it is to integrate with Microsoft services to facilitate teamwork. By keeping all the data in one safe spot that is quickly accessible and safely managed, it saves a great deal of time and minimizes challenges.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing permissions in SharePoint is challenging because, although they are by default set to groups, you cannot simply add or remove members of the groups because they are not available in Azure AD or M365. It operates quite slowly. File transfers are problematic since they are not updated. It's quite confusing to edit, create, and move files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are several positive aspects to SharePoint, including: 1. The overall ease of use of this product in terms of management.
