What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft sharepoint has a integration with microsoft 365 tools like excel, outlook, word etcetera which makes it one of the best tool in the market. Aslo, It has customization feature of themes and branding with one can make the platform familiar with the organization's theme which makes it so different than other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of using Microsoft Sharepoint is that multiple people can collaborate and work on same document like me working my HR manager on making policies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile application lacks a lot of feature which are available in desktop version and user interface is also complex to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this tool.

SharePoint is a simple cloud repository with the 365 suite, it benefits users by having simple UI design, it lacks easy and configurable workflow automation embedded.

Depth of knowledge to build workflows and automation.
