Up-to-date content even if the overall principles don't change much

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Usability and reporting/tracking functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is quite a learning curve, so get help setting it up right. Breaking email is a business-killer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get PS or consultants to help set it up.

Real time training for users on risk level. Threat protection and simulation report to identity risky users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From mimecast dashboard to track email flow. We can auto assign training as per uses risk policy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime good emails going to junk folder.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Enable mfa for all accounts and use profile group to manage configurations setting.
