Its great in email management. It provides protection against inbound spear phishing.

It has a great customer support hence no dislike.

It offers granular and customizable protection that fits your business need and actively prevents spear phishing threats.

What differentiates Mimecast Engage Awareness Training from other similar products?

I love it's versatility with alerting users Incase of any anomaly. Marvelous to create some spam email and send to users with effectiveness to know how competence our employees are. Reliability and flexibility with test reporting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's an exquisite software with test reporting. Superb to effectively manage and monitor our data in an effective way. Reliable with phishing testing. Intuitive dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Marvelous and effectiveness with incident reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes I commend it with instant incident reporting. Kodos for test execution and reporting. Reliable with phishing testing and assessment. Clean and robust dashboard.

The content is actually engaging for the end user. People tell us they like the videos and we get a lot of feedback from people telling us that they used what they learned.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Entertaining and engaging

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more options for the roll out to new employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The content is good. Knowledge retention is good. It does not go deep into the content.
