Amazing tool for prototyping.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

It enables me to prototype websites more effectively, professionally, and it is more powerful and simple to use, allowing the UX work life cycle to assess usability and usefulness without requiring disposable deliverables. reduces the complexity of development transfer, particularly when using the seldom used direct documentation capability. The feedback feature makes it simple to gather input, and the design view's display of that feedback makes it simple to act and reply.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The strongest feature of InVision is its powerful and adaptable prototyping tools. Compared to figma or XD, some tinkering is required, but it's much simpler to construct carousels, animations, etc. because they are built-in and don't require manipulation like the others. This has been my go-to prototype tool for websites and applications to create a more realistic and dynamic design since I learnt about components and states. A game-changer is a high-fidelity functional testable prototype, high-fidelity design transfer, and high-fidelity system library/element construction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The text formatting occasionally has strange errors, and I wish the buttons for states and components were positioned someplace else because I went over them thoroughly when learning the programs. The "paragraph styles" type area might need some improvement, too. I frequently discover that they are difficult to alter, difficult to locate the correct buttons, and occasionally they don't seem to change all the type in that "style," as you could with Indesign.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is essentially the same as Figma or XD for creating wireframes, and they may even be simpler. However, if you want to create a stunning working prototype and use a program from wireframe to prototyping, I highly recommend InVision because of its strength and usability once you get past the learning curve.

Excellent for collaboration in project management.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Miro eliminates many of the limits of cooperation caused by a lack of real office space and the inability to engage directly with coworkers. My business may use Miro to discuss, manage projects, exchange ideas, and celebrate in a virtual place as if they were in the same conference room. Milo makes it incredibly simple to construct flows and processes by providing a myriad of shapes, colors, arrow kinds, and the ability to write text on the arrows. Simply distributing the board in this manner would greatly simplify communication across teams and save you the time and effort of discussing orally over the phone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Miro collaboration features are excellent, and the ability to build boards and allow access to others is what distinguishes it from the competitors. I especially like the ability to collaborate with multiple people on the same project at the same time, the chat tool, and the frames. Miro is the only program I've tried that combines a simple whiteboard/mind map interface with real-time collaborative functionality. It comes in handy when I'm working remotely and need to interact or brainstorm quickly. Cooperation is enabled by the capacity to understand the "writing."

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike limiting templates; there are many various sorts of charts, but I would want to see them in other colors, styles, and so on. Sharing capabilities must be improved and made more user-friendly. Having two alternative ways to obtain a specific "link" might confuse multiple individuals around you and cause them to transmit the incorrect link. This, I believe, may be prevented by logic. Third-party plugins can also create issues, but this is not completely the fault of Miro. Better documentation and development support will aid in the elimination of these uncommon difficulties.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Determine the level you are likely to require based on your demands and the needs of your users. Utilize the free tier as much as possible to assist customers in becoming acquainted with the features and interface. To get started, check through the many templates. Miro + a tablet with a pen has been a godsend for me in terms of productivity and visualization of my thoughts. You should also look into what plugins are available, if they are compatible with other programs you now use, and how the two may be combined.
