Great for remote collaboration.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?
It is more easier than in the past to share difficult concerns with external users and team members, during the epidemic the whiteboard-style feature was very useful. I run design sprints, team collaboration sessions, and stakeholder voting. It was a critical component in the start of the epidemic that allowed us to operate without actual face-to-face workshops.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables people with varying degrees of expertise and technological skills to work together and make quick choices. It offers a fantastic collection of Miro and community templates that will assist anyone with whatever project they wish to work on with their team. The canvas style allows for large-scale collaboration and sharing with peers and other users, For sharing project designs and proposals, tools like wire-framing, flowcharts, and tables are important.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Miro works well most of the time, however there appears to be some latency that makes responsiveness less than optimal, there is limited support for documents submitted in various formats, such as spreadsheets and word processors. When using Miro, you must zoom in and out due to different font and document sizes, which can be hard or sluggish to navigate. It is also difficult to use without a mouse.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're searching for a solution to help you speed up team cooperation, Miro will make it entertaining and efficient. There are tools for facilitating, participating, and watching, it is an excellent tool for collaborative planning and is superior to linear applications like as Powerpoint for discussing product plans.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Great software for designing prototypes.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?
For most projects, we utilize InVision to design and validate application schematics prior to development, as well as to receive client input and approval. With its extensive design tools and team collaboration capabilities, InVision makes our life easier. Share prototypes with stakeholders and consumers to get immediate, actionable feedback on new designs we're working on, we recognized the need of receiving design feedback fast so that we could make changes and begin development as soon as feasible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the design prototyping feature. At my firm, we use this tool all the time to construct prototypes, share them with multiple stakeholders, collect comments, and answer questions live on the prototype. Because Invision is so simple to use, any department can immediately absorb a new design and provide input. InVision excels in several areas, including cooperation with people, alternative templates, improved user experience, the ability to offer or receive feedback fast, and so on.
What do you dislike most about this product?
InVision provides an excellent range of capabilities for a collaborative design tool, so there's not much to complain about. The sole constraint is the capacity to share beyond the corporation, and allowing other stakeholders to contribute is challenging due to licensing limits. However, in my present employment, I just use Invision to examine design prototypes and offer comments; for this use case, it is ideal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly advise you to utilize this tool for any design prototypes. Send the prototypes to potential clients and interested parties for feedback. I would suggest InVision to anyone working in engineering design or software development since it offers numerous capabilities that can help you speed up your design and validation work.
