What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Our staff can complete jobs considerably more quickly. We used to use Creately and had to wait for someone to complete before we could view the file. Our team's largest issue was the lack of a specialized UX/UI designer. Product managers, like me, were in charge of generating low-fi and high-fi prototypes and wireframes. InVision met the need by providing us with quick access to our company's UX library. InVision animation is more harder to create than drawings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The file can be worked on by several users at the same time. To avoid pathways crossing, highlight the area where other users are working. I also like that it's saved in the cloud and that you don't have to keep several file versions. You only have one file, and it contains prior versions. InVision has also been used to resize signatures and experiment with color coding. The ability to export CSS after design so that the developer gets everything they need to write is quite useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for more collaboration while people are working from home, this is a great tool. It takes a bit of time to get familiar with the functionality, but it's worth it. Great tool for product folks and teams that don't have a dedicated UX/UI designer. The interface is very clean and easy to use, all the tools you'll need for prototyping.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Miro assists in the creation of UX flows, the organization of material, the facilitation of workshops and live design exercises, as well as project brainstorming. Facilitating a session and shadowing other board members is a dream come true for me. The timer function is also quite useful, as a Business Strategy Leader, I use Miro to lead workshops, interact with colleagues, and rapidly map requirements, data flows, processes, and so on at a conceptual level, prior to any formal documenting in the standard tools, such as Jira, Visio, and so on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

People working together makes so much possible. I enjoy entering and uploading papers and photographs. I prefer to work swiftly on navigation flows, information architecture, and wireframes. It provides amazing capabilities for real-time collaboration on boards, such as the ability to place high-resolution photographs, files, and so on on boards to recreate the traditional whiteboard scenario that we would have in the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If the dashboard does not update, users may need to reload the website. Enterprise SSO systems are fantastic, but they may make sharing with third parties challenging; it would be ideal if there was a safe yet password-free approach. The structure of project folders is a little perplexing. Deleting a board is not obvious because there is no direct and prominent option, forcing us to construct several boards here at Miro.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Miro is an excellent choice for creating an interactive classroom or seminars. It's for a rapid design sprint or proposing something to a large group of people. It is simple to use, Miro was the most effective platform for my work because other platforms lacked the essential speed and stability, as well as the normal features.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

I enjoy how I can maintain info on the dashboard. The dashboard offers wonderful insight and simplifies team projects. Sticky notes and frames might also be useful. What I appreciate best concerning Miro is how easy it’s to use; anyone can take part and start operating right away. Working with a worldwide team allows us to collaborate and take up where we left off. I started utilizing it to collect notes and materials to present with my bosses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s a cooperative tool that enables me to figure in a visual format. I’m not joking once I say i use it daily, and often for hours every day. It’s that integral to my work and how I work with my colleagues. I favor that I can transfer my own PDF files to an outsized working area and customise the layout. I upload game boards and worksheet pages for my tutoring students, and find to customize the layout into levels or subjects i’m tutoring. I found the ease with which individuals can familiarize themselves with the basics a huge benefit, permitting groups to start collaborating quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I notice the “zoom-in” and “zoom-out” perform troublesome to use because it doesn’t always let me zoom in to their platform, instead if zooms in or out of the complete webpage. Then it gets stuck and I got to refresh the page to induce it back to my normal 100 percent zoom setting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a useful tool for online tutors to use as to how to transfer PDF files of worksheets and activities and customize them to their liking. It additionally permits students to finish PDF files in an easy-to-use way with text box choices, written pen, highlighter, and so on. Because the team becomes additional familiar with the basics there are a lot of powerful tools for them to grow into using.
