What differentiates Mixmax from other similar products?

MixMax has so many different capabilities from tracking email opens to setting rules for auto sending messages. This has truly helped take extra steps and work off of my plate so I can focus my attention elsewhere.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to set rules so our emails will send without intervention!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customers can reuse your same calendar link over and over which overwrites an existing meeting in SalesForce - not really a MixMax problem but we need the ability to send a unique link each time. This issue stems from SF.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend this product to anyone who manages many customers and emails at one time!
