It is very easy and simple to customize.

You can reach out to large amount of people by creating templates and keep record of who has received your information. Makes it easier to follow up! You can also schedule emails, follow ups, reminders...

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing! Mixmax is very intuitive to use.
