What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

SurveyMonkey was one of the first Web-based survey software apps. I had used 2-3 other survey apps before I used SurveyMonkey, and this was the easiest to use and met my needs. I found that the former Gold Plan was worth the extra cost, as it saved significant time in analyzing survey results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to create surveys on the fly, from scratch or from previously used surveys.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rising costs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the free trial, if available, so you can see and appreciate the added value of the paid subscriptions.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

Survey monkey is very easy to navigate and use, some survey tools can be very clunky or confusing, however, this tool is v4ry intuitive. You are able to set up, collect responses and share results easily with the team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of creating a survey and the process of creating rules and flow based on specific answers, e.g when creating a longer form survey you may want to skip specific questions for some users based on previous answers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analysis and report building are pretty standard and are not as advanced as some other tools, if you want to do some real cohort analysis and are using very large data sets it can be quite slow and harder to segment the data by specific attributes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a super easy tool to use for surveying customers and audiences, it has great language features enabling you to create the same survey in multiple languages relatively easily. Easy to set up and use however if you are looking for a deeper analytical understanding of larger data sets with multiple attributes they may be better suited tools.
