SuveryMonkey specializes in creating surveys and has a very easy to use user interface with great support team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite thing about SurveyMonkey is that it has a lot of ready to use templates that helps you create any type of survey within minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything in Survey Monkey works as expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend opening a demo account with SurveyMonkey and trying the features and upgrade when needed.

SurveyMonkey specialises in creating and managing all types of survey and is fully customizable with detailed analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of SurveyMonkey is that its fully customizable with your own branding and while creating a survey you can branch out as much as you want by linking answers to the questions you want to ask after.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SurveyMonkey is a very stable solution that is well worked on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using SurveyMonkey for creating and managing all types of surveys.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

You can choose an interactive template, so you can create an informal questionnaire like Zoom. Even beginners can create questions intuitively. In particular, you can make other choices with just one click.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are several functions, and depending on the answer to the question, you can change the destination of the next question, disable multiple answers from the same device, change the layout of the questionnaire form and make quite detailed settings. Also, when it comes to extracting data, you can choose Powerpoint or PDF format, but the layout is quite good. It was a Powerpoint as it was extracted from SurveyMonkey, but it was well-received for its good design.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When extracting data, if the chart element name was long, the number of characters displayed appeared to be limited, cut in half and had to be corrected manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is used not only for questionnaires but also for evaluation forms. It also has an anonymous function, so it could be used for elections. It can be used in several fields. I was instructed to compile the training questionnaire and had to go through the process from selecting the questionnaire form to creating the report in a few hours.
