What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

Surveymonkey provides me with a default audience , which I do not have access to on other surveying platforms. By relying on Surveymonkey audience, we do not have to necessarily have our own target audience data , rather we provide Surveymonkey with key survey target metrics such as age , gender, region etc and Surveymonkey provides us with a respondent profiling data, which fits into the kind of audience we seek.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Surveymonkey templates are mobile compatible. This is key for my surveys , since we have long realized that a lot of our target survey audience, do access our surveys majorly via their mobile phone device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Surveymonkey does not cater for offline survey sharing and survey data collection. This is the major and probably the only weakness that I can associate with Surveymonkey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While there are obviously other mediums to collecting surveys from a large demography, none provides the broad array of bells and whistle , which Surveymonkey provides. Especially, as it relates to integrating survey data with third party applications.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

It is easy to use and highly customisable. very much popular amongst other voice of the customer tools It can shared with a larger audience and it generates useful graphs which can used in the presentation for further study

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to send and seamless integration with our CRM its user interface is nice huge variety of templates and not so complicated to create surveys or questionnaires.

What do you dislike most about this product?

not so appealing and colourful lacks intuitiveness doesn't provide full width on mobiles

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SurveyMonkey is the most reliable and accurate way to conduct surveys. It saves a lot of time and increases your productivity.
