What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

SurveyMonkey is a versatile information gathering and survey solution fully tailored to business needs. It facilitates the electronic sending of the surveys created and allows an efficient compilation of the information obtained. The analysis of the data collected provides the necessary help to improve our decision-making, to adapt our products to the needs of the client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very attractive survey tool, it is easy to use and has a friendly interface. It has a considerable number of ready-made templates ready to use. It has the useful function of exporting the data in various formats, such as CSV, PDF, PPT, among others. It allows to collect the information and access the results in real time. It adapts easily to our needs and allows us to obtain information with total precision.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is a platform that has been very useful, its customer service should improve response time to requirements. Its user interface can be modernized and more visually appealing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you use SurveyMonkey for its wide variety of survey features. In addition, due to its ease of use and the excellent analysis obtained from the information collected from users or customers.

They have a very good, yet excellent support team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to send as many surveys as you want to as much people as you want

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing module is not the best in my point of view

SurveyMonkey has almost the same capabilities and features as other similar products but they are better in the support that they have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is that SurveyMonkey has a survey builder that will help the user create any survey from the start till the end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of constant updates that SurveyMonkey has is what I dislike about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation to whoever is considering this product is to visit SurveyMonkey website and open a trail account and test the solution then upgrade when you want to unlock all the features.
