It’s very easy to use, it’s intuitive and also it’s very user friendly and makes the experience more fun

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the way that the data is collected and then reported. Again it makes the experience more fun and interesting

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have had some bad mobile experiences actually which has effected my experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a great way to save time, get more employee engagement and understand more about your business whilst improving productivity and gaining more insight on important company wide issues.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

SurveyMonkey is the only survey vendor that i know and have been using and they know how to market themselves and that is what gives them an advantages over its competitors

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to create, send and eventually view the replies along with full analytic information that shows you all the details starting from who opened the email and you can even know how many times it was clicked on. You can also create a report according to what info you want to get from the survey that you create

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having to pay to be able to use all the options is what i dislike but its understandable since they are a company that wants to make money

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Surveymonkey is one of the best survey solutions so i recommend to go for it if you are looking for a solution to manage your surveys

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

SurveryMonkey is a bit similar to other solutions that are used to create surverys but they stand out more because they have been in the market for a longer time thus having a more stable and innovative solution

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creating survey's with SurveyMonkey is very easy and its full of features that helps you create a survey in under few minutes. SurveyMonkey's survey builder is very simple and gives you lots of customization options including built in templates covering all your needs. It is also possible to create survey without using a template also which I really like. When building a survey SurveyMonkey has option to use company logo to make the survey more company focused. I also like that it is very easy for a company like us to analyze the survey responses. SurveyMonkey has very good survey analytical tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SurveyMonkey has limited number of features in the account types, using the Basic account, you will only have limited amount of question numbers and types. As well you cant use other features such as analytics and other similiar features in the free version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you can try the free account and test it yo see if it will provide you what you are looking for before you upgrade to the paid version.
