What differentiates Moodle from other similar products?

The breadth of features and the possibilities of integration with other tools (e.g. Kaltura)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability of easily communicating and soliciting the students feedback

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface is at times cumbersome (certain operations require many clicks to be performed)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For it to be a most successful investment it requires full adoption (e.g. not only for loading documents but also student evaluations, forums, groups, etc)
