I appreciate MyWorkDrive. There is no requirement for management or intervention; it just functions. Most people access MWD on their phones or tablets since it's convenient to use while driving. Simple installation; required straightforward AD integration. It has earned our utmost satisfaction. We've had great success with it and exceptional help when we've needed it. Simple to upgrade, maintain, and deploy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You will swiftly and accurately receive real human responses—not just pre-written ones. In cases where it makes sense, they will forward feature suggestions to their development staff, who will work to implement them, but, in my experience, they add things more quickly than you can ask for them. We only discovered one product, MyWorkDrive, that complied with our security and remote access standards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no standard implementation of https on the server as part of the setup. In order to change the protocol and bindings, you will need to do so manually. The server management of MyWorkDrive does require a certain degree of technical sophistication. The configuration does not come with a lot of options, and multi-factor authentication is not available on all plans.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our users can safely access their files from home with MyWorkDrive, freeing IT from endpoint management. We can make MyWorkDrive available to all of our employees. Our on-site storage is used by MyWorkDrive. Makes working internationally simple for all employees and doesn't take a lot of setup or management effort. Provides for easy desktop synchronization. It is available whenever and anywhere.

We encourage a college where students desire to view their data on any device they choose. Numerous remote access programmes demand particular plugins or modules. All you need to use MWD is a regular browser. Even our most inexperienced users are at ease using the UI since It just works on everything. The customer service team is the most competent and quick-thinking I've ever dealt with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There have been times when this application has been sluggish when accessing large folders or files. The service can sometimes be glitchy, and there are a few advanced features that are missing from the service. By using the software, it is not possible to sync files between clients and servers. There is still room for improvement in terms of graphics.

Simple but really effective! MyWorkDrive provides a significant solution. MyWorkDrive provided us with everything we required! Integrate Outlook plugin thag lets us keep our team emails completely uncluttered and free of excess data, resulting in quicker load times and provide the option to create slideshow presentations
