MyWorkDrive is our hosted service that ties into your existing file servers to provide users simple & secure remote access to files and folders from anywhere, using any browser or mobile device while maintaining corporate control. Our WebDAV Server and Web File Manager system utilizes windows IIS to provide security access with no databases, LDAP settings or SSL Certificates to manage while maintaining all of the data on premise.

What differentiates MyWorkDrive from other similar products?
MyWorkDrive enables collaboration without risking data leaks by providing direct editing of on-premises Office documents. Keeping the data in the data center meams IT provide secure access and simple access to data for users and business partners outside of the data center
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Mapped Drive client provides employees with a native and familiar interface for managing files. It restricts clipboard copying and the company can add custom watermarks to files
What do you dislike most about this product?
Force employees to enter their password each time they access the client and require two-factor authentication
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
MyWorkDrive is the best way to prevent data leaks since it makes sure data never leaves the data center. Data is shared and collaborated on in one place

What differentiates MyWorkDrive from other similar products?
MyWorkDrive is the best solution for document collaboration since it never lets us down. Regardless of the additional or necessary EFSS functionalities we require, MyWorkDrive offers everything that puts it aside from the opposition. MyWorkDrive is a complete software suite that is simple to use and allows remote access to files from home insanely simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MyWorkDrive has shaped the way our team works together by giving us a very safer workspace where we can potentially manage the crucial files of our projects, share our ideas and modify and distribute files staying safe and productive from beginning to ending. Workflows move more quickly, and we concentrate on what really matters.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The responsiveness of the smartphone application is fantastic, but I'd prefer to be capable of using MyWorkDrive as a destination to save documents from emails and pictures from my gallery. Additionally, it would occasionally be slow or refuse access when we attempted to access huge files or directories.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because some tools aren't particularly adaptable and could cause problems when you try to adjust them to confront your desired workspace and project requirements, my advice to other clients is to choose an EFSS solution while taking all of your project requirements into account. MyWorkDrive is an excellent choice in those circumstances, trying it out before subscribing may enable you to reap even more perks.

What differentiates MyWorkDrive from other similar products?
In my perspective, it has a ton of features that make it more distinctive; in other words, it's a full-service data management solution that solves every issue we had with competing products. By offering cutting-edge security while sharing data, MyWorkDrive also addressed security challenges.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MyWorkDrive is the perfect match for the remote file system I was looking for because it allows me to sync, save, and share files with anyone without jeopardizing security measures. Another lovely aspect of it that I adore is the searching capabilities. It simplified my entire workload without affecting our budget. Wonderful file sharing option!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've been using it for a long time. I never had any big issue with it but I think MyWorkDrive server maintenance does demand certain technical skills, but customer support is prepared to assist with file & protocol problems. Secondly, the configuration does not automatically implement HTTPS on the server so I must manually update the protocol and bindings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Stop investigating other solutions if you're also seeking a remote file management system and focus solely on its features. Because it is the only option that is user-friendly, adaptable, safe, and has good performance features that make you feel at ease, I think it will completely satisfy all of our needs.
