Very user friendly and intuitive product. I use it in my job on a daily basis and there is a lot of value in using Netsuite.

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
Data and transactions may be optimized with Netsuite, giving us flexibility. New features and scripts developed utilizing NetSuite's extensive search options can enhance our system's operations and procedures, including creating and updating invoices and reporting. It also simplifies and speeds up the process of modifying the appropriate pieces.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
People appreciate having the option to vote on proposed changes so they may provide feedback on the upgrades. Twice a year, updates to the program are made. A workflow builder is also included in the software, which you can use to automate order processing and link order data to financial and inventory data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform aspect I dislike the most is the mobile application portion. The mobile application works appropriately in view-only mode. Although it may be easier to use, updating or editing anything through it can be a little challenging. The system has some awkward spots and regularly crashes. Due to yet another procedural error, we also gave up on integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Using this CRM solution, we can record conversations between our partners and executives, allowing us to generate ideas that will be even more advantageous to both parties later. It is quick and simple to scale the tool to meet the needs of all departments. Using this program, you may efficiently market brands and reach a specific audience with push alerts.

Powerful CRM for SMBs.

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
Built-in Email marketing allows us to send to send marketing emails from the application itself, embedded templates are quite satisfactory. New pipelines can be directly created using the previously saved searches. Estimation and reporting can be customized as per the Org needs. Marketing list import feature is quite intuitive & supports various formats.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It facilitates sales automation using inbuilt NS workflows. Various innovative features such as ClickToCall & Optimized field recording in forms, are quite helpful & save time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Various features are present in the package but are underutilized or unutilized, there's a lack of tutorials & even their support team was mostly unware.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The setup experts are not usually aware about detailed pipelines & forecasting tools of the product, you'll need to figure out most of it on your own.
