What differentiates NetSuite PSA from other similar products?

Not a differentiator, but it fulfills all of the basics functions fine. Very little to set them apart from competition except the inability of some competitors to do those basic functions

Ease of administration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rigidity of reporting. Poor UI

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at other options, but make sure that those other options can fulfill your basic needs before buying
