What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?

I can't answer this question very well because I have pretty much only been a New Relic customer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love there is infrastructure as code, like Terraform for dash-boarding in New Relic.

What do you dislike most about this product?
