Notion allows for the workflow to be more seamless, everything can be shown on one board.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's a very visual product vs. other products which just give you a list.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks intuitiveness on where items are listed by default.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a try, it helps with productivity and to be able to keep track of all the projects going on.

What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

Notion offer more than a note taking app and less than a spreadsheet. This provides a complete and unique productivity tool that is essential to organize my whole life. It's free plan is fantastic for individuals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Notion is more or less like a mix of Evernote with Airtable. It's flexible enough for you to be able to customize it and build but not complicated at the point of getting you lost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's Android app is awful. Looks like a badly done web app port and takes an eternity to update your notebooks, when you open it for the first time in a while.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Search for template. There's a lot in the internet and you can save a lot of time and take advantage of all the possibilities that Notion offers.
