What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

Is a One Stop Shop for high productivity. Needs a easy collaborative central knowledge database, Notion does it better than Confluence/Attlassian, does you need project/product or any business process management, Notion does it better (with enough customization) than Asana or similars, do you need to produce content, edit it, translate, the integration with AI (LLMs) is so useful. Notion is highly customizable therefore needs a learning curve from organization and company perspective, but once the company understands it is very useful to navigate and share all knowledge across the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Currently, the AI embedded features either to produce or edit content in the databases, but also in the search using AI. I think that is a perfect complement to all the workflows any user can have in Notion. I think Microsoft paywall of Copilot to only big enterprises paying for the feature and don't making it accesible to SMBs and even standard consumers is a mistake, and here is where Notion shines in my day to day workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think there is a little bit to improve in the UI and how to facilitate the learning curve of users that are coming to Notion for the first time. It takes a little bit of patience to begin to understand how it works and the tons of features it has to make it work wonderful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep improving UI, focus on enabling users on how to use the platform directly from it.

The best way to add projects as and when required and editing them easily.

I honestly love Notion and do not dislike anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely consider Notion as your project management software.

The UX makes it exceptionally user friendly and easy to find, add, and create processes for your business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how accessible and easy documents are to access and edit. The UX makes creating and organizing very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If it isn't well maintained this product can get incredibly messy and difficult to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a clear use case in mind before going with it and make sure someone owns the product and will make sure permissions restrict users from adding unnecessary documents
